Parvus Ronco Margherita is ruby red in color with light garnet reflections; it has a bouquet that recalls marasca, small fruits and spices. Tannic and warm, gives to the palate extrem notes of intensity and elegance. The wine has been aged on french oaks for 12 months and finally it rests in the bottle for 6 months before be selled.
Great with game meat, especially duck breast cooked to pomegranate that resembles color, seasoned cheeses like drunken, aged in the marc.
